Rachel Proud

Rachel Proud is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance and human resources. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at AimHi Earth since January 2023, Rachel supports the founders and team in addressing climate and nature crises. Previous roles include Executive Assistant at Birmingham Innovations Ltd, HR Advisor at Busy Bees Nurseries, Human Resources Administrator at Police Mutual, and Personal Assistant to the Board at Comply Serve. Rachel also held positions as Office Manager and Medical Secretary at Regent Street Clinic, as well as Administrator at Experian. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University and a Foundation degree in Science and Nutrition from the University of Nottingham.
