Michelle is an Analytics Strategy Principal within the strategy practice. Michelle has broad experience in analytics strategy and operating model development and helping clients achieve their analytics vision. She has worked extensively with Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, and Government clients, bringing a background focused on analytics strategy definition, operating model design, strategic roadmap development, talent strategy development, and transformation project delivery.

Prior to joining Aimpoint, Michelle was a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Analytics Strategy. She has worked with Fortune 500 clients to assess current analytics capabilities and needs. Michelle has worked with C-Suite, and Analytics/Digital leads to define the analytics operating model at an enterprise and business unit level. Her focus areas included business analysis, process design, and use case definition. She also is delivery-focused and has helped clients implement their operating model. Before Accenture, Michelle was a consultant at Capgemini, specializing in business analysis and project management.

Michelle earned a BA with Honors from Yale University.
