Shirley Babb

Shirley Babb, ACMA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Principal at AIMS Accountants for Business since February 2019, Babb contributes to the UK's largest association of local business accountants. Previously, Babb held significant positions including Deputy CFO for EMEA at Korn Ferry, EMEIR Chief Financial Officer at Alvarez and Marsal, and European Director of Finance and Operations at Accenture, managing large teams and overseeing financial planning, analysis, and performance optimization across diverse regions. Babb's career initiated at BURTON GROUP PLC and CONRAN DESIGN GROUP LTD as Management Accountant and Assistant Management Accountant, complemented by a BSc in Geography from Swansea University and professional certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
