Andy Coen

Andy Coen serves as a Naval Flight Officer in the US Navy since May 2017, focusing on instructing and mentoring Naval Flight Officers in operating the P-8A Poseidon reconnaissance aircraft at VP-30 in Jacksonville, FL. Coen has experience as a Public Affairs Officer for Patrol Squadron THIRTY, the largest squadron in the Navy, and led a detachment to the Horn of Africa during the 2021 Afghanistan Evacuation. In addition, Coen is a VC Fellow and angel investor at AIN Ventures, specializing in deep-tech and dual-use startups with innovative business models in defense technology. Coen holds a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
