Ben McCrossan is currently the Chief of Staff at Ensemble Consultancy since June 2023 and a Venture Fellow at AIN Ventures since September 2022. Prior to their current roles, Ben served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from August 2014 to February 2019, where Ben held the title of Nuclear Propulsion Officer Candidate. Ben also has experience as a Surface Warfare Officer (Nuclear) and Nuclear Engineering Student at the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Wharton School.
