Caden Petersmeyer

Caden Petersmeyer is a professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Venture Fellow at Venture Guides since February 2024, Caden previously held several key positions at Dyno Therapeutics from September 2021 to August 2025, including Chief of Staff, Product Manager, and Business Operations. Caden also contributed to the Office of Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker from 2018 to 2019 as the Technology Policy Lead in the Office of Strategic Innovation, advising on critical topics such as 5G implementation, autonomous vehicles, and transit electrification. Caden is pursuing an MBA at Harvard Business School from 2025 to 2027 and holds an AB in Social Studies from Harvard University, where Caden was a Schaeffer Fellow.
