Rodrigo Herrera G

Rodrigo Herrera G has extensive work experience in various technical roles. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Billing Analyst at Tribune Company for a year before joining Convergys in 2009 as a Team Leader, responsible for ensuring network and computer security for Comcast customers. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Storage Engineer at NetApp, providing technical support for storage systems and managing a virtual environment. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Technical Support Manager at Convergys, overseeing a support team and resolving customer issues related to network technology. In 2018, Rodrigo held positions as a Data Engineer at Osoigo.com, where they built analytics tools and improved data delivery processes, and as a Data Scientist & Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise *Softtek*, where they analyzed data and performed data science tasks. In 2019, they took on the role of Project Lead at Saturdays.AI, a non-profit organization focused on making artificial intelligence accessible to everyone. Currently, Rodrigo is the Chief Technology Officer at Ainnova Tech, where they provide technical leadership and strategic thinking to ensure the company's technologies are used effectively.

Rodrigo Herrera G has an extensive education history in the field of computer science and business. In 2017-2018, they pursued a Master's degree in Big Data & Business Intelligence at Next International Business School. Prior to that, from 2016-2017, they obtained a Licentiate degree in Project Management in Software Development from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. In 2016, Rodrigo earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from INCAE Business School. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, which they obtained from 2009-2015.

Rodrigo also acquired additional certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in data science and related areas. These include certifications in Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Data Science for Business, Text Analytics, Applied Data Science with Python, and various other topics. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as IBM and Saturdays.AI.

Furthermore, Rodrigo has obtained certification in Linux Server Administration from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica in 2012, and Advanced Excel certification from Instituto Profesional en Computacion in 2010. Rodrigo also holds a Brocade Certified Network Engineer (BCNE) certification acquired in November 2015.
