Ferraq Ayman

Ferrak Ayman is a Staff DFT Engineer at Aion Silicon since July 2025, previously holding positions as a DFT Engineer at SiPearl and a Senior DFT Engineer at EnSilica. Ayman has extensive experience in adding testability features to block-level designs using the Tessent tool, focusing on MBIST, OCC, and EDT insertions and verifications. Prior to these roles, Ayman worked as a DFT Engineer at Aion Silicon, where responsibilities included DFT data mining and creating general DFT documentation. Ayman's early experience includes an internship at IRESEN, involving anomaly detection in photovoltaic plants, and a short observational internship at OCP S.A. Ayman holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from École Nationale des Sciences Appliquées de Marrakech, earned in 2021.
