Stephanie Tarczynski has a diverse work experience starting as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan in 2013, focusing on synthesizing and analyzing thermoelectric and photovoltaic materials. Stephanie then moved on to work as an Independent Consultant for Detroit Materials in 2014. At Gentherm, they excelled as a Product Engineer in roles related to aerospace and thermal convenience from 2015 to 2019. Stephanie later joined Boeing, holding positions in Flammability Engineering, Materials and Process Engineering, and ultimately serving as Lead Materials and Process Engineer. Currently, Stephanie holds leadership roles at Aionics, Inc. as the Head of AI Commercialization and Director of Product Engineering and Commercialization.
Stephanie Tarczynski attended Adlai E. Stevenson High School from 2007 to 2010. Stephanie then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering at the University of Michigan from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they studied Materials Science Engineering with a focus on Materials Informatics/Data Science and Electronic Materials at the University of Washington from 2021 to 2022. In addition, they obtained a certification in Aircraft Composite Materials and Manufacturing from the University of Washington in 2020.
