Daniel Noe Harboe

Daniel is a Tax Director and his main responsibility is the tax aspects of investments as well as tax-related matters across AIP.

Prior to joining AIP, Daniel worked with tax M&A for 20 years in PwC, where he was a partner for 12 years and tax M&A leader for Denmark for 10 years. His experience includes structuring, due diligence, agreements, modeling, and incentives and he has worked on more than 500 transactions. Before that he spent 1½ years with the Danish tax authorities.

Daniel holds a Master of Law from the University of Copenhagen.
