Matt Spencer

Matt Spencer is a seasoned tax specialist with extensive experience in advising on various tax-related topics, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, real estate transactions, and employment matters. Currently serving as a Tax Partner at Foot Anstey since September 2025, Matt has previously held the same position at Kingsley Napley and worked as a solicitor at DAC Beachcroft LLP, The Khan Partnership LLP, and K&L Gates LLP. Matt's legal education includes a law conversion from BPP Law School and a degree in English Literature from the University of Warwick.
