Jannick Prehn Brøndum serves as a Partner and General Counsel, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at AIP Management since June 2019, overseeing legal matters within the firm, which focuses on energy and infrastructure investments in Europe and North America. Prior to joining AIP Management, Brøndum held various legal positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk from January 2015 to June 2019, culminating as Head of Legal for the Energy division and Chief Legal Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions, where notable contributions included the listing of Maersk Drilling on Nasdaq Copenhagen. Brøndum also practiced law at Maersk Oil and Bruun & Hjejle, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law. Jannick Prehn Brøndum earned a Master of Law degree from Aarhus University.

AIP was originally established as part of PKA AIP in 2012 but was spun out in 2018. Today, the team consists of 37 dedicated professionals with extensive investment experience.
