Marek Jużak

Marek Jużak is an experienced professional in account management and operations, currently serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board and Executive Advisor at AIP Seed since July 2023. At RTB House, Marek has held the position of Director of Account Management for the Asia-Pacific region since June 2017, where significant achievements include building client-facing teams from scratch and establishing effective processes and performance management strategies. Previously, at Quandoo GmbH, Marek functioned as Global Operations Manager, optimizing processes around customer experience and managing client operations in Poland. Marek began the career as a Business Analyst at P-2 Sp. z o.o. and holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Power Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
