Marek Jużak

Marek Jużak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, operations, and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Member of The Supervisory Board and Executive Advisor at AIP Seed, Marek provides strategic guidance to a venture capital fund and its portfolio companies. Previously, at RTB House, Marek held dual roles as Director of Account Management and Head of Account Management for the Asia-Pacific region, successfully building and managing large client-facing teams across multiple countries. Marek's earlier positions include Global Operations Manager and Head of Operations at Quandoo GmbH, where processes and customer experience were optimized, as well as contributing as a Business Analyst at P-2 Sp. z o.o. Marek holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Power Engineering from the Warsaw University of Technology.
