Eric Horler

Eric Horler is the current President and CEO at AIQ Solutions. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of Swallow Solutions, LLC from May 2014 to June 2018. Swallow Solutions is a medical device start-up focused on treating dysphagia. Eric was able to raise $4.4M in capital for the company, including $1.6M in non-dilutive grant funding. Eric also built the company's supply chain, designed and implemented their go-to-market strategy, and drove $1.6M in product sales. Eric secured several new patents for Swallow Solutions, greatly enhancing the value of the company's IP portfolio. However, the company was ultimately unsuccessful in their lobbying effort seeking incremental reimbursement and Eric pivoted the company away from medical devices and into functional food products. Eric then worked with the board of directors to put the company into "suspended" mode while a third-party agent seeks a licensee for the functional food IP.

Before Swallow Solutions, Eric was the General Manager for Premium Anesthesia and Respiratory Care at GE Healthcare from January 2011 to May 2014. And before GE Healthcare, they were the Director for Renal Products and Services in Latin America at Baxter International from January 2004 to December 2010.

Eric Horler has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rice University.
