As a Junior Business Analyst, Rayna collects and documents data to create a more standardized workflow process, develops reports, and handles user account maintenance. She also analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems. Rayna holds a B.S in Health Science and previously worked as a Sterile Processing Technician where she processed instruments for surgery, did invoicing, and had ongoing communication with vendor partners.
