Kirstie Darko

Kirstie Darko is a Senior National Recruiter at The Judge Group and the Associate Director of Digital Learning at AIR Allies in Recruiting. She is also the DE&I Lead for Insights Trends and Resources and actively involved in DEI&C efforts within the organization. Kirstie also serves as a Board Member at Target UX and a Mentee at adplist.org, receiving mentorship to enhance her skills in design. With a background in HR and recruiting roles at various companies including Google and Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation, Kirstie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her current roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The New School and an Associate's degree in Acting from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy.
