Adem Gassymov is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as a Brand Engineer at Backoffice Marketing since November 2023 and as a Marketing Manager at Air Astana since October 2022, Adem focuses on creating brand fundamentals and managing traditional and digital media. Prior roles include Marketing Manager with a digital focus at Philip Morris International from June 2017 to April 2022, overseeing a portfolio of seven brands and leading consumer engagement initiatives. Adem also held senior marketing positions at Danone, where brand transformation and digital marketing were key achievements, and Carlsberg Group, where market analysis and corporate project management were emphasized. Adem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Turan University, obtained in 2008.
