Igor Chiplikov has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Experience, Sales & Service Training at Air Astana since February 2007. Throughout the years, Igor has held various roles including Customer Service Training Manager, Supervisor at the Training Academy, Senior Trainer, and In-Flight Leadership Performance Manager. Earlier in their career, Igor worked as an Advertising Materials Control and Distribution Specialist at Группа Компаний «Alina» for a brief period in 2006.
