Additionally, Niehausmeier serves as the Founder and Member of the Board at Automate! Europe GMBH, where the mission is to enhance business through process transparency and innovative technology integration. With significant roles at IBM, including Front Office Transformation Leader Europe, and a background in academia as a Lecturer at Universität St.Gallen, Niehausmeier has contributed to multiple sectors over a career spanning decades, including key positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Swiss Health Partner. Niehausmeier holds advanced degrees in business and management from institutions such as Brunel University London, INSEAD, and Hochschule Osnabrück.
