Paula Grava

Paula Grava has extensive experience in the travel and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Corporate Travel Team Leader at airBaltic since January 2013. Paula has held various leadership roles within the company, including Call Center Shift Leader, Transfer Center Operational Team Leader, ATO Shift Leader and Reservations Control Coordinator, and Airport Ticket Office Shift Leader. Prior to airBaltic, Paula was a Cafe Manager at Costa Coffee from 2006 to 2011. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Psychology from RISEBA University of Applied Sciences, attained between 2017 and 2021.
