Marlee's foundational experience includes several positions at Air Botswana and the Botswana Department of Civil Aviation, emphasizing safety, quality assurance, and regulatory oversight in the aviation industry. Marlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Technical Operations and an Associate in Science Degree in Aircraft Maintenance from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
