GRISELDA ANTIGUA has extensive experience in customer service within the airline industry, currently serving as a Passenger Service Agent at Air Canada since April 2019. Prior to this role, GRISELDA worked with ASIG from May 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included baggage service, check-in, VIP escorting, and jetbridge operations. Additionally, GRISELDA was a Customer Service Representative at G 2 Secure Staff from 2011 to 2012. GRISELDA holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from ASA College.
