Liney Rendón

Liney Rendón has extensive experience in human resources and financial management. Currently serving as an HR Solutions Specialist - Leaves at Air Canada since November 2021, Liney is responsible for managing various HR transactions, including payroll updates and employee benefits, utilizing platforms such as PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and Trutrack. Prior to this role, Liney worked at METRON as an Administrative and Financial Coordinator, overseeing financial, accounting, and HR functions in Colombia. Liney's career also includes a position at Romero Serrano Inmobiliaria, where leadership of a commercial and administrative team was key, alongside budgeting and financial reporting responsibilities. Liney holds an Economista degree and advanced diplomas in Financial Management and Tax Administration from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano.
