Matthew Saig

Matthew Saig is an operations management professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Manager of Operations for In-Terminal Operations at Air Canada since January 2020, Matthew previously held the role of Customer Experience Manager. Prior to Air Canada, Matthew worked at GardaWorld from February 2016 to January 2020, where roles included Acting Operations Manager and Screening Point Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as a Screening Officer at YYZ Toronto Pearson Airport with CATSA/ACSTA from February 2015 to June 2016. Matthew's educational background includes studies at Seneca Polytechnic and York University.
