Patricia Heatherly

Patricia Heatherly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the cargo and logistics industry. Currently serving as a cargo sales and service agent at Air Canada since November 2018, Patricia has previously held significant roles at Emirates SkyCargo, where responsibilities included managing ground handling contracts, ensuring service levels, and overseeing safety and security in transport operations from August 2005 to June 2018. Prior to this, Patricia worked with Emirates as a cargo supervisor and senior cargo sales support assistant, overseeing teams, pricing, and customer relations.
