Prior experience includes working as an Operations Specialist at FIS from November 2010 to September 2014, where Deana handled a high-volume workload and provided support to colleagues in complex situations. Deana's career began at The Mark Travel Corporation as a Customer Care Specialist, assisting travel agents and clients with bookings. Educational qualifications include two Technical Diplomas in Customer Information Technology from Milwaukee Area Technical College, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
