Derek Grimes

Derek Grimes is an experienced project manager with a strong background in construction and home services. Currently employed at Air Comfort Inc. since October 2016, Derek has held multiple titles, including Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager. Prior to this role, Derek co-owned and operated Home Genie, a residential remodeling and home repair company, where responsibilities included project estimation and coordination. Earlier experience includes working as an HVAC Service Technician at Swan Heating and Air Conditioning and as a Valet Manager at Club at Flying Horse, where a valet department was established. An internship at Weston Solutions, Inc. provided early exposure to administrative support in engineering and construction. Derek Grimes is pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Colorado State University, preceded by an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Arkansas State University.
