Natalie Makgamathe

Natalie Makgamathe is an experienced Engagement Manager at Tshimologong Precinct since November 2017, responsible for onboarding and orientation of staff and program beneficiaries, as well as drafting learning and development policies. Previously, Natalie held roles as a Community Manager and Member Experience Coordinator at Macquarie First South, and served as an Executive Assistant across various companies, including Handspring Puppet Company and David Kramer Productions, from January 2003 to October 2013. Natalie's education includes a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Stellenbosch University, and several professional development programs, including Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching at CRR Afrika, Co-Resolve and Facilitation Training through Debbie Donaldson, and Asset Based Community Development at Space 4 Impact.
