Dan Dore is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Capital Finance at AIR Communities since December 2020. With a strong background in financial management and analysis, Dan has previously held key positions at Aimco Apartment Homes as Senior Finance Manager, and at Essex Financial Group as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst, focusing on underwriting and loan facilitation for various asset types. Dan's earlier experience includes roles at Pulte Mortgage, UDR, and multiple insurance companies, where Dan developed a comprehensive skill set in financial strategy, operations analysis, and claims management. Dan holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in International Relations & Economics from Michigan State University.
