Eric Skilton

Eric Skilton is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in analytics and operations within the real estate sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Analytics at AIR Communities since June 2020, Eric Skilton has P&L responsibility for over $400 million in revenue and direct oversight of revenue and pricing strategy for 6,500 apartment homes in the Metro DC Area. Prior to this role, Eric Skilton held various positions at Aimco Apartment Homes and Cresa Denver, as well as serving as a Financial Analyst at CBRE, where responsibilities included producing financial reports and conducting budgeting analysis for the Wells Fargo account. Eric Skilton began a career in finance with internships at CBRE and U.S. Bank, coupled with a solid educational background from the University of Virginia.
