Ruben Veliz

Ruben Veliz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the airline catering industry, currently serving as the General Manager at Air Fayre since August 2017. Previously, Ruben held the position of Manager of Catering Operations at JetBlue from January 2016 to July 2017 and served in various management roles at Air Fayre from August 2008 to December 2015, overseeing multiple departments and airline accounts. Ruben’s earlier experience includes roles as Transportation Supervisor at both Gate Gourmet and LSG Group. Ruben earned a degree in Finance, Investments from California State University, Long Beach between 2002 and 2004.
