Sharon Kisire

Sharon Kisire is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR consulting and management. Currently, Sharon serves as the Head of HR Consulting at Powerhouse HR Consulting, LLC since August 2019 and holds the position of General Manager of Resources at Kenya Pipeline Co. Ltd, overseeing HR, Administration, and Security departments since 2016. Previously, Sharon founded and managed the Competence Development Centre (CDC) from October 2013 to June 2016, providing HR consultancy with a focus on recruitment and outsourced HR management. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Resources at Safaricom LTD and HR Director at Kenya Wildlife Service. Sharon's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Criminology from Kenyatta University, a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology, and various HR-related qualifications from KASNEB and the Kenya Institute of Management.
