Kevin Rooney

Kevin Rooney is an experienced professional who currently serves as the Chief of Developmental Planning at the Air Force Research Laboratory. With a background in industrial and systems engineering, Kevin has held various leadership roles in the U.S. Navy Reserve, including Commanding Officer positions. Kevin has also served in roles such as Lead Engineer for System Performance and Operations Researcher Systems Analyst at organizations like the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and United States Strategic Command. Kevin's diverse educational background includes an MBA with a concentration in Accounting & Healthcare Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
