Phil Schwartz

Phil Schwartz serves on the Board of Directors for the Air Force Security Forces Association since August 2021. Following a retirement in January 2016, Phil currently enjoys a lifestyle characterized as a "Man of Leisure." Prior professional experience includes a managerial role in Information Systems at Valero Energy Corporation from November 1995 to January 2016, focusing on store automation and managing credit processing systems for retail locations. Phil's military career spanned from June 1978 to May 1995 as a Major in the United States Air Force, where several positions were held in the Security Police career field, culminating in a command role at the 92nd Missile Security Squadron in North Dakota. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy with a minor in Atmospheric Physics.
