Berno Mulder has extensive experience in the aviation and cargo industry, currently serving as the Commercial Director for the Intercontinental region at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo since April 2011. Over the years, Berno has held various leadership roles, including Director for Africa Caribbean Indian Ocean and Project Manager for initiatives aimed at enhancing cargo products and systems. Additionally, Berno led customer service operations in the Netherlands and managed global cargo claims for both Air France and Martinair. Prior roles at Martinair included responsibility for special services and project management in process improvements. Berno's academic background includes a Master's in Law from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor's in Management, Economics, and Law from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
