Paul Diepenhorst

Paul Diepenhorst is an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt currently leading strategic change projects at KLM Cargo since November 2018. Prior to this role, Paul spent over 14 years at Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, where contributions included continuous improvement initiatives, management of a dedicated Maintenance Safety department, and performing quality audits. Paul's career also encompasses project management in the Component Services department and educational support for high school students. An alumnus of Delft University of Technology, Paul holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
