Sian van Den Bogaerdt-Rance

Sian van den Bogaerdt-Rance has a diverse work experience. Sian is currently a Bestuurslid Woman on Board at KLM since September 2020. Previously, they served as Secretaris Stichting voor Afweerstoornissen at Stichting voor Afweerstoornissen starting from January 2019.

Sian has had various roles at Air France KLM Martinair Cargo since 2012, including Management Assistant Vice President Worldwide Operations, Management Assistant SVP MRN, Management Assistant to Vice President & Director Revenue Management, Interline Assistant, Management Assistant to Senior Director Network Planning, Management Assistant to VP Program Manager Cargobus, and Program Office Manager (Project Purple).

Before that, they worked at Martinair from 2000, where they served as Assistant Cargo Claims, Office Manager Martinair Cargo Operations, and Customer Service employee. Sian also worked at Toerisme Vlaanderen as an Informatrice from August 1999 to June 2000.

Sian van den Bogaerdt-Rance started their education journey at the International School of Zumikon from 1988 to 1992. Sian then attended Rijnlands Lyceum Oegstgeest from 1991 to 1996, where they studied International Baccalaureate. In 1996, they joined Breda University of Applied Sciences for a brief period, focusing on the field of Tourism. Sian later pursued their bachelor's degree in Modern Languages, specializing in German and Spanish, at Northumbria University from 1997 to 1999. Recently, in 2018 to 2019, they attended NCOI Opleidingen to pursue a degree in Personeel & Organisatie in the field of Personnel & Organization.
