Mangalam Pandey

Mangalam Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as the Lead for Continuous Improvement in the Center of Excellence at Air India Limited since November 2022, Mangalam has previously held leadership roles, including integration of CAMO-Technical Services for Airbus and Boeing fleets. With over a decade at TATA Advanced Systems Limited, Mangalam contributed to corporate process excellence, quality assurance, and compliance with AS 9100D standards for various defense and commercial programs. Earlier experience includes project management and aircraft maintenance engineering at Flytech Aviation Academy, where Mangalam successfully established new facilities. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development Programme in Production & Operations Management from IIT Delhi and a Licentiate degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from the Indian Institute of Aeronautical Science.
