Shubham Gupta

Shubham Gupta currently serves as the Head of IOCC Systems & Analytics at Air India Limited, overseeing the Integrated Operations Control Centre's systems and strategic manpower planning since February 2024. Prior to this role, Shubham was the Head of Flight Operations Planning & Services at Vistara, where responsibilities expanded to include analytics and administrative tasks for crew population management. Shubham's career in aviation began with a progression from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager within Vistara’s Planning and Services department, emphasizing strategic planning and crew talent management. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Operations Associate at ZS, where resource planning for pharma sales representatives was key, and leadership positions in both Bullethawk Racing and Sankalp Ek nayi shuruwat, focusing on team management and educational initiatives for underprivileged children. Shubham holds an Engineer’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
