Swastik Paul has a diverse professional background in digital transformation and software engineering, currently serving as the Digital Transformation Lead at Air India Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Swastik worked as a Senior Consultant at PwC India from October 2020 to October 2023, and completed a Management Internship at Amazon in 2019, where responsibilities included developing predictive frameworks for global marketplaces. Swastik's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Software Engineer at Agrud, leading the R&D department, and as a Software Developer at Lister Technologies, focusing on feature development and backend systems. Academically, Swastik holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, an inclusive learning program from Singapore Management University, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Durgapur.
