At Dr. Lal PathLabs, Shishir held multiple positions, including DGM and AGM in Product Management, where a significant digital transformation project was led and a notable business expansion initiative resulted in the establishment of 40 labs over four years. Shishir holds an MBA in Marketing and Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Ideal Institute of Technology.
