Dan Conway has been working in the IT field since at least January 2008, starting as a Technical Help Desk Representative at Dixons Retail. Dan has since moved on to work at Air IT, where Dan currently holds multiple titles including Technical Team Leader, Client Infrastructure Manager, and Service Desk Team Leader. Dan received their education from Kirk Hallam Community Technology College from 1997 to 2002.
