Mary Cook, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Mary began their career in 1999 as an Employee Development, Relations & Recruiting Manager at Allmerica Financial, where they worked until 2004. During this time, they were responsible for employee development, relations, and recruiting efforts.
From 2004 to 2006, Mary worked at Republic Bank as a part of the Corporate Human Resources team. In this role, they played a key role in designing and implementing programs that earned the company recognition as a great place to work. Mary also acted as a business partner to assigned regions, providing support in areas such as employee relations, coaching, staffing, and compensation.
In 2006, Mary joined Technosoft as the Manager of US Human Resources. Their responsibilities included performance management, staff relations, compensation and benefits administration, recruiting, and compliance. Mary excelled at building positive relationships with managers and partners and ensuring HR programs were in compliance with laws and regulations.
Most recently, Mary has been serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Air Lift Company since 2014. In this role, they oversee the HR department and is responsible for HR strategy, policy development, and implementation.

Additionally, Mary Cook has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in June 2005, and the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in March 2015.
