Alessandro Giassi

Alessandro Giassi has extensive work experience in various roles related to data analysis and research and development. Alessandro is currently serving as the Head of Data Acceleration at Air Liquide since 2021. Before joining Air Liquide, Alessandro worked at Saint-Gobain, where they held several positions, including Head of Datalab, Head of Data Science & A.I. Transversal Program, and Manager of Applied Mathematics Group. Alessandro was also a Research And Development Engineer at Saint-Gobain from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, Alessandro worked as a Research And Development Engineer at Sirehna from 2001 to 2004.

Alessandro Giassi completed their M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at Università degli Studi di Trieste from 1994 to 2001. Alessandro then pursued a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from 2001 to 2004 at Centrale Nantes.
