Amelia Irion

Amelia Irion currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Air Liquide since September 2023. Irion has extensive experience in human resources, holding positions such as Certified Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching since October 2015, and previously as the Group VP Human Resources and Deputy Human Resources Director at COLAS from November 2020 to September 2023. Irion spent over two decades at Schlumberger in various leadership roles, including Director of HR Practice, overseeing global HR operations and services across multiple business segments. Irion holds a Bachelor's Degree from Scripps College and advanced degrees and certifications from prestigious institutions such as Harvard Law School and IMD.
