Domitille Fafin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Domitille started their career as an External Communications intern at the French Cultural Institute in Kӧln in 2004. Domitille later interned at the French Embassy in Zambia, focusing on Media and Public Affairs.

In 2006, Domitille joined the Ministry of Economy and Finances as an International Energy Strategy & Policy intern. Domitille then moved to EDF in 2007, where they worked as a Sustainable Development & CSR intern.

Domitille's career took a turn in 2008 when they joined Shell. Domitille held multiple positions at Shell, including Global Contracting & Procurement Manager, Supply & Trading Manager at BUTAGAZ (Shell Gas), and Head of External Relations / Government Relations France - BeLux.

In 2016, Domitille became a Member of the Advisory Board at Orange Business Services, where they stayed until 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Domitille worked as the Director of Communication and Public Affairs at L'Oréal France. Domitille then became the VP Global External Communications at L'Oréal from 2020 to 2022.

In 2022, Domitille took on a role as the Deputy Director of Communication in Emmanuel Macron's campaign team, Equipe de Campagne de la Majorite Presidentielle #avecvous.

Currently, they are the VP of Group Communications at Air Liquide, a position they have held since 2023.
