Elian Jbeily

Elian Jbeily has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the gas and energy sectors, currently serving as the Projects Development Director for Capital Implementation in Africa, the Middle East, and India at Air Liquide since April 2014. Previously, Elian held the position of PMC (Completion) Manager for the Helium 2 Recovery Unit, the world's largest helium production plant, and has also worked as a Project Engineer for various projects, including the Air Separation Unit. With a strong foundation in electrical and electronics engineering, having earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Balamand, Elian has significantly contributed to major projects in the industry.
