Inês Caldas

Inês Caldas has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the People Operations Team Leader at Air Liquide since July 2025. Prior to this role, Inês was an HR Specialist at Tecnimede Group from August 2023 to June 2025, where responsibilities included monthly KPI control, project development in HR such as time management implementation in Morocco and wellbeing initiatives, as well as budget preparation and payroll management. Inês also worked as a Senior Payroll professional at Grupo Your in 2023 and spent 17 years at Santogal P, leading HR policies and payroll processing for 230 employees. Earlier career included an HR Senior position at Deloitte, managing payroll for various businesses. Inês holds a postgraduate degree in HR Audit from ISLA Lisboa and a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the same institution.
