Kefaya Raji

Kefaya Raji serves as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Air Liquide, leading the talent acquisition function and focusing on aligning the Target Operating Model with current AI-enabled HR trends. Prior to this role, Kefaya was the Head of HR & Communications in Healthcare, where responsibilities included integrating people strategy with enterprise transformations and facilitating post-merger integrations. At Nestlé, Kefaya held multiple leadership roles, notably as Head of HR for Employee and Labour Relations and Head of Integrated Talent Management for the MEA region, emphasizing strategic planning and workforce transformation. Previous experience includes managerial positions in talent sourcing at Philips and as an Executive Search Associate at SpenglerFox, alongside an HR Executive role at Intercontinental Bank PLC. Kefaya Raji holds an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong and a B-Tech in Microbiology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
