Lorraine Scrivener

Lorraine Scrivener is an experienced program manager specializing in business and digital transformation, with a focus on deployment and change management in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Business and Digital Transformation Program Manager for Air Liquide, Lorraine leads the implementation of Salesforce solutions across 25 countries and develops effective change management strategies. Prior to this role, Lorraine held various positions at L'Oréal, including Head of Philanthropic Programs and Senior Program Manager, where significant contributions were made to corporate philanthropy initiatives. Lorraine's career also includes project development and communications roles at EPOKA, philanthropic project management at Crédit Agricole, and cultural project management for the French Embassy in Mexico.
